Douglas County 4-H
What is 4-H?
A *spark* is an interest or skill that lights your fire and helps you find joy, energy and purpose! Every person has the potential to have a spark. 4-H has a lot to explore to help young people discover what they are interested in and recognize what makes them an amazing individual and team member!
4-H is the place you belong, lead, learn, and serve in the community where you live!
4-H Clubs are groups of families focused on providing support and encouragement to youth as they grow. Through working together, club members share knowledge and interests to help each other learn practical skills and important values. 4-H clubs generally meet monthly, and nearly every community in Kansas has a club nearby.
To complement 4-H Club experiences, Douglas County, Kansas 4-H offers interactive opportunities like day camps, workshops, project groups, and leadership development. We are committed to helping young people find their spark, thrive with a sense of belonging, and be inspired to make a positive difference in their community.
