Nickie Harding
4-H Youth Development Agent
Bio
Nickie Harding currently serves as the 4-H Youth Development Agent for K-State Research and Extension Douglas County. She enjoys providing a community for young people where they can find their passion, share their experiences, and build positive and impactful relationships. With the aforementioned foundation, youth are provided with the knowledge and tools needed to be confident, responsible, and successful.
Before her time at K-State Research and Extension, Nickie earned her bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business from the College of the Ozarks and her master’s degree in Agriculture Extension and Education from the University of Arkansas. She also served as a 4-H Extension Agent for nine years with the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture and served as the 4-H Program Assistant for K-State Research and Extension Douglas County before serving in her current role.
