Responsibilities
- Plan, promote, teach, and evaluate youth educational programs under the direction of the local Extension Agents.
- Partner with community groups and schools for summer programming;
- Coordinate and teach STEM youth programs through day camps and other youth events.
- Collect and report on program evaluations for STEM youth programs delivered.
- Participate in professional staff development.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A desire to work with youth.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Possess computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office programs.
- Interest in facilitating STEM youth programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals and/or groups to accomplish goals.
- Experience researching curriculum.
- Facilitating and evaluating educational programs.
- Experience working with diverse youth audiences.
Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
- Requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel to achieve program objectives.
