Kaitlyn Peine
Community Health and Wellness Agent
Bio
Kaitlyn Peine serves as the Community Health and Wellness Agent for K-State Research and Extension Douglas County. She provides support for a variety of community serving programs including SNAP-Ed. She has a passion for working with community coalitions to influence health equity in Douglas County.
Her Extension career started in Johnson County in 2009. In 2013 she joined the team in Douglas County. What she appreciates the most about working in Extension, is that no two days are the same. She also enjoys working in a community where there are so many passionate and talented community leaders who are committed to collaborating to make Douglas County a better place to live and raise families.
